These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, scheduling system, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) made available by KINGSMAN, a registered business having its principal place of business at Booth No. 27, Pocket C, Sector 69, Mohali (“KINGSMAN”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Services.
1. Services Provided

KINGSMAN offers laundry and dry-cleaning services, including doorstep pickup and delivery, in-store drop-off, and related garment care solutions.

The website allows customers to schedule a pickup request. Communication regarding services, confirmations, or updates may occur via WhatsApp, phone call, or SMS.

Payment is collected via cash, UPI, or other offline modes as communicated.

All items are carefully examined at our facility; however, some stains, marks, or tears may not be visible at the time of receipt, and KINGSMAN does not assume responsibility for such pre-existing conditions.
2. Booking & Pickup

Bookings are made through the website pickup link only.

At pickup, items must be counted and acknowledged on the pickup slip or receipt.

KINGSMAN reserves the right to refuse items that are unsuitable, heavily damaged, or extremely delicate.

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
3. Payment & Billing

Payment is made upon delivery or as communicated.

An estimate of the cost may be shared, and the final invoice will reflect actual services rendered.

Additional charges (e.g., express service) may apply.

Customers must inspect items at delivery; claims for defects or damages must be raised within 24 hours.
4. Liability & Disclaimer

KINGSMAN is not responsible for:

Pre-existing defects in items.

Color bleeding, shrinkage, or natural wear and tear.

Loss of detachable accessories (buttons, belts, laces) unless declared and acknowledged.

In case of loss or irreparable damage solely caused by KINGSMAN, liability is limited to 5 times the cleaning charge, subject to a maximum of INR 5,000 per order.

Service is carried out at customer risk for stains, delicate fabrics, or unseen tears.
5. Privacy & Marketing

Personal information (name, address, phone number) collected during booking is used only for service delivery.

KINGSMAN may use your information for marketing purposes, but only for promoting KINGSMAN services. Your data will not be shared with third parties for marketing.

Data may be shared with third parties solely for processing orders or as required by law.
6. Communication

KINGSMAN may communicate via WhatsApp, phone call, or SMS regarding bookings, confirmations, or service queries.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mohali, Punjab.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from approaching consumer courts directly.
9. Miscellaneous

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining Terms remain enforceable.
